Nutrition & Health Info Sheets - Up-to-date information about nutrition, health, and food. In three formats:

For Nutrition and Health Professionals - Distribute these sheets to health professionals (not for participants).
For Participants - Distribute these to program participants.
Nutrition Bites - Fact sheets with "bite-sized" information about a nutrition topic.

National Nutrition Programs

Nutrition Assistance Programs 
USDA Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) increases food security and reduces hunger in partnership with cooperating organizations by providing children and low-income people access to food, a healthy diet, and nutrition education. Child Nutrition Programs

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP - formerly Known as FSNE) 
A program of the USDA Food and Nutrition Service. SNAP provides food assistance and aims to increase nutrition for the health and well being of low-income individuals and their families.

WIC: Women, Infants and Children 
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, better known as the WIC Program, serves to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating and referrals to health care.
