About the UCANR Master Gardeners of Fresno

The UC Master Gardener Program is bringing backyard enthusiasts and horticulture experts together to embrace a connection to nature. UC Master Gardener volunteers are building a community where you’re encouraged to go outside and put your hands in the soil—to get rooted in the health and
environmental benefits of gardening.

Donations to Fresno Master Gardener program
There are two ways to donate funds to the Master Gardener Program in Fresno County.
One is through the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources Division (UC ANR) headquartered in Davis, California. If your donation was sent there via a website access, your donations could be specified "Fresno County." The funds will be deposited in an account using fund accounting within the UC financial reporting system. Then the local Fresno County MG Program Director has those funds available to use to support the MG program in Fresno, following policies and financial transaction practices as required within the UC system.
The second way is to donate directly to the local organization, a nonprofit 501c3 entity, which is maintained by volunteers here in Fresno County. Send your donation to PO Box 4673, Fresno, 93744, and your check would have been made payable to the MGAFC. (Master Gardener Association of Fresno County). You also would have received an acknowledgement (personalized emailed letter) from our Treasurer, thanking you for the donation. The MGAFC currently has no way for a person to donate on-line directly.
