Humberto (Beto) Salazar-Banuelos

4-H Program Assistant - Part-Time

Originally from Santa Cruz County, Beto brings his passion for youth development and community engagement to his role as a part-time 4-H staff member. A full-time student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Beto balances his academic pursuits with a strong commitment to supporting 4-H programs. He thrives on building connections with youth and community partners—and when he’s not working or studying, you’ll likely find him enjoying a good football game.

4-H Regional Program Supervisor 

Ana has been a dedicated member of the 4-H program for over six years and began her professional journey as the Community Education Specialist for San Luis Obispo County. Outside of her role (when she finds a rare moment of free time), Ana enjoys exploring the outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family.
