In this hands-on class, youll be instructed on safe methods to preserve jam (full sugar, low sugar, sugar substitute, and no sugar varieties will all be discussed). While the jam is in the canner, youll learn about dehydrating herbs and develop your own herbal tea blend.

Make dinner for two with this in-person, hands-on class. You and a partner will make ingredients for dinner for 2. You'll pressure can chicken, make a Thai dipping sauce in a steam canner, and get recipes for dry spice blends you can make at home.
Got an abundance of tomatoes? Bring your summer crop and join us to learn how to can herbed tomatoes. Participants will bring their own tomatoes (24 medium or 8 pounds). You will also choose the herb blend: Italian or Mexican.
