UC Master Food Preserver Program

Master Gardeners and Master Food Preservers combine their knowledge in this class on berries.

Come to Rancho Santa Margarita Library to learn ways to preserve your fresh citrus fruit. The UC Master Food Preservers will demonstrate how to make candied orange peel and an orange simple syrup. You will also see how to create middle eastern preserved lemons and a lemon salt.

Come see the Master Food Preservers of Orange County! We will be at the Orange County Fair Friday July 19th - Sunday August 18. Wednesday through Sunday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
