Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers at this free introductory online class and learn how to use boiling water and atmospheric steam canners to can quick pickles out of a variety of fruits and vegetables. (Who said a pickle has to be a cucumber?) Watch a live canning demonstration and glean tips from experienced canners. This class is hosted by the UC Master Food Preservers of Amador County.
