Master Food Preservers Janet Rau and Talia Ciarabellini will lead a hands-on workshop on safe pressure canning techniques, plus the differences between weighted and gauged canners. In this workshop, you'll be pressure canning bone broth.

Bonus—We'll can test your gauged pressure canner for accuracy. Just bring in your lid-only. We don't need the entire canner.

The fee is $20 per person. Please note there are no refunds.
There is very limited space for this demonstration—Only 20 students. You can use a credit card to secure your space.
