The Tastiness Factor

This last fall my sister gave me the wonderful gift of several succulents. Two were similar in size and appearance, each having very plump leaves coming off a central stem. One was a very pale green, the Pachyphytum bracteosum, also known as Moonstone.

Remember when we were able to go to Disneyland prior to the pandemic? One of my favorite places because of the beautiful garden sculptures. I had a Mickey Mouse wedding, but I digress. My friend's daughter was getting married and she was redoing her yard to hold the wedding.

In researching this subject, I recalled the fury of a fellow Master Gardener on this subject and ran across a few articles that echoed this sentiment. Phrases like fast-growing, aggressive, menace, and winning the war were used to describe the struggle to control this pervasive weed.
