In memoriam: Jim Clawson

W. James (Jim) Clawson,emeritus UC Cooperative Extension range specialist passed away in Dallas, Oregon, on Jan. 7, 2022, from pancreatic cancer at the age of 89. Born in Oakland, Clawson was the son of William, a presbyterian minister, and Ruth Clawson.

Doan named UCCE small farms advisor Hung Doan joined UCCE as a small farms and specialty crops advisor serving Riverside and San Bernardino counties on Nov. 1. Before joining UC ANR, Doan was an instructor for an USAID-funded Farmer-to-Farmer Program in Guyana.
