Condiments make the world go round. BBQ sauces, hot sauces, sweet and sour sauces, Asian condiments. We will teach boiling water canning including waterbath and atmospheric steam canning while sharing fun condiment recipes. Take them home and fill your pantry with the condiments your family loves.

Youth ages 5-18 are invited to come make three jars of a jam or jelly of their choice (apple, strawberry, peach or grape), then take one home and enter the other two in the 2024 El Dorado County Fair! Bring your own fruit and the Master Food Preservers will provide everything else.
