Wish you could turn your kitchen and garden waste into "gold?" Want to create your own compost to use in your houseplants and garden? This class will go over the basics of composting and how to have a successful compost pile.

Grow a salad bar in your backyard in the ground or in containers! For the base, plant lettuce, Swiss chard and spinach. For crunch, add root vegetables like carrots, beets, and radishes. And don't forget to add broccoli and cauliflower, too! Free seeds to participants.
