UC Master Gardener Presenters

  • Bobbly Nabili: Bobby became a UC Master Gardener in 2024 driven by his passion for nature and desire to educate the public about sustainable gardening practices. He focuses on creating native California gardens that attract wildlife and achieve harmony with nature. After establishing a successful pollinator garden in his driveway, he is now planning a native garden at his home garden in Redwood City.
  • Kimberly Swan: Kimberly spent decades experimenting in her small fog-challenged San Francisco backyard before becoming a UC Master Gardener in 2022. Interests include soils, succulents, vegetables and perennials, and garden design, studying for several years with the Landscape Architecture program at UC Berkeley. Kimberly helps friends, family and community members transform their outdoor spaces into gardens that work for them—she led an effort to turn an elementary school in the Haight Ashbury from a barren paved lot into a multi-level thriving garden for play and curriculum. Kimberly is specializing in soils and loves sharing her passion with the public.
