Boiling water bath canning 101

This is an in-person demonstration where you will learn which foods can be safely preserved using the boiling water canning method. This class will cover the process, including the selection of produce and preparation of jams, jellies, canned fruits, and tomatoes.

You'll get samples, handouts and the help of our knowledgeable Master Food Preserver volunteers.

$10 per person advance registration.  $15 at the door.
