Nutrition Education
My name is Leticia de la Caridad Christian Lopez, I am from Cuba a beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea, I graduated with a Medical Doctor from medical school in Cuba (1983). I then studied and later worked as an Immunology Specialist for about 20 years in research, and clinical settings. I have been living in the USA for 17 years, of which I have worked for about 14 years at UCCE Alameda as a nutrition educator for the NETA (Nutrition Education Training Academy) Program initially and then for CalFresh Healthy Living Program. I am a Dietary Manager. I have acquired knowledge of community education and teaching.
