How to Boost Your Summer Rose Blooms
Bring your favorite pruners to the Woodland Community College rose garden from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21, to learn how proper pruning can help keep your rose bushes in bloom through the summer. Master gardeners from the UC Master Gardener Program of Yolo County will lead the training, which is free and open to beginning and experienced gardeners alike.
Hands-on class - bring your favorite hand shears / pruners, gloves, and kneeling pad.
Woodland Community College is located at 2300 E. Gibson Road in Woodland.
