About the Event
Celebrate summer with ice cream at this in-person, hands-on workshop.
Registration includes equipment and ingredients to make 1 quart of ice cream or sorbet and knowledge on how to make ice cream and other frozen desserts at home. You'll learn how to use 2 types of home ice cream makers, make 1 recipe for a frozen dessert and taste several flavors of ice cream and sorbets.
Please bring an apron, insulated bag or other container and a frozen ice pack for taking your treat home.
You'll take home 1 quart of your choice of fruit sorbet or vanilla chocolate chip ice cream (no egg). You'll also get a recipe packet.
When: Saturday, August 30, 1:00 till 3:00 PM
