Master Gardener Education Table at SF Recreation & Park Garden Resource Day
About the Event
The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department's Urban Agriculture Program provides FREE materials for the backyard gardener, community gardener, or urban farmer through regularly scheduled Garden Resource Days. These events offer Lyngso organic compost, mulch, vegetable starts, a wide variety of seeds, and composting worms. Each household is permitted to collect five 5-gallon buckets of compost and unlimited mulch. There is also a tools care station where participants can have their gardening tools sharpened and learn how to properly care for their gardening equipment.
