Returning Volunteer Enrollment
All 4-H volunteers must re-enroll by December 31st each year and be appointed annually.
*Note: If you had a break in service, please follow the New Volunteer process.
Instructions for Enrollment
Please make sure the family email address in the system is correct and one you check regularly. This email will be used for most communications.
1. Update your online profile on ZSuite.
*If someone in your family is already a 4-H member or has been a 4-H member in the past, please do not create a new household.
2. Complete the online Returning Volunteers Training
Course Name: "2025-2026 California Returning Volunteer Course"
Enrollment Key: "Stanislaus"
3. Submit program fees.
Submit your payment to your Club Leader. They will log when payments are received so your enrollment can be processed.
*Note: Payment must be received before enrollment can be activated.
*Once all requirements are met and your enrollment is active, you can start holding project meetings, volunteering in 4-H events and activities! Please call your Club Leader to find out about your volunteer status!

Spanish Enrollment
The online system is only in English. You can fill in the paper enrollment packet in Spanish and turn it in to your club leader or county staff for them to enter it online for you. Please keep a copy of the paper forms for your records.
