Spring Ranch Tour

Join the Tahoe Cattlemen’s Association and UC Cooperative Extension for a tour of two Nevada County Ranches! Tour topics will include irrigated pasture management during drought, cattle management, direct marketing, and grass finishing!

Bring a pasture or rangeland weed you can’t identify, and see if you can Stump the Farm Advisor!

Lunch speakers include Larry Lane (USDA Wildlife Services) and Nevada Irrigation District (invited)

BBQ Lunch provided by the Tahoe Cattlemen’s Association and the Nevada Union Future Farmers of America!
