Arts and Crafts (learn to create crafts around holiday themes)
Breeding Goats (learn about caring for breeding goats, kid care and weaning, and showmanship)
Breeding Sheep (learn about caring for breeding sheep, lamb care and weaning, and showmanship)
Cooking (learn about various forms of cooking, prepare food dishes through various methods, and attend an olive oil field trip)
Dog Care and Training (learn about dog care, training, nutrition, diseases, breeds, and showmanship)
Horticulture/Gardening (learn about plant growth requirements, flower bulb planting, plant nutrient management, pest management, and exhibiting plants)
Leadership Development (learn about public speaking, goal setting, time management, communication skills, and confidence building)
Market Goats (learn about goat health and vaccinations, feeding, meat parts and by-products, and showmanship. Cheese/meat tasting and a field trip included)
Market Sheep (learn about sheep health and vaccinations, feeding, meat parts and by-products, breeds and showmanship. Meat tasting and a field trip included)
Outdoor Adventure (basic first aid and survival, fishing, hike/scavenger hunt, rock climbing, and cavern tour)
Poultry-Market & Breeding (poultry classifications and breeds, biosecurity, poultry scavenger hunt, care for chicks, eggs and reproduction, and showmanship)
Rabbits and Cavies (introduction to rabbits and cavies, breeds, presentations, and showmanship)
Shooting Sports-Rifle (learn about rifle safety, rules and commands, rifle cleaning, rifle transport, shooting positions, and target practice)
