Up close and personal
Once majestic trees look older and spent
The bark appearance tells it all.
Trees compete among themselves,
The tallest ones get the best views from the top,
It is quiet up there.
Silence is golden like leaves before they fall
They show forth their best colors
Only to be blown away by the winds.
Every living organism has a rightful place
To grow, thrive, and then die.
