Join UC ANR on Thursday, April 16, from 1:3 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a town hall meeting.

Vice President Humiston will share general updates and host a question/answer session. Vice Provost Mark Bell will discuss innovation in UC ANR in the midst of COVID-19. Three UC ANR colleagues will share their innovations for working through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

UCPath down times

The UCPath system (including UCPath online) will be unavailable to all UC employees two times during the months of April and May 2020 due to the UCSD, UCSD Medical and UCSF transition to UCPath. Faculty, staff, and student workers will not be able to visit UCPath online to view/download their pay statements, W-2s, leave balances, etc. during the outages.

• Visit UCPath and click on Quicklinks>Payroll Calendars & Schedules>Payroll Processing Schedules.

Biweekly Pay

• To ensure biweekly employees are paid on May 13, 2020, all transactions must be in UCPath before 3 p.m. May 5, 2020 
• To ensure biweekly employees are paid on May 27, 2020, all transactions must be in UCPath before 5 p.m. May 14, 2020
• To ensure biweekly employees are paid on June 10, 2020, all transactions must be in UCPath before 7 p.m. May 30, 2020

Monthly Pay 

• To ensure all monthly employees are paid on June 1, 2020, all transactions must be in UCPath before 3 p.m. on May 20, 2020.
  • Note: Memorial Day is May 25, 2020, and an observed UC holiday.
