Learn how to safely prepare, freeze, and dehydrate fresh strawberries to enjoy their sweet flavor long after the season ends. This session will cover best practices for handling and storing berries to preserve quality and reduce waste.

UC Master Gardeners will participate in this event with an "Ask a Master Gardener" information table. Lets go fly a kite! at The San Ramon Art & Wind Festival, the BEST festival in the East Bay.
