The idea of plants sneezing is mind-boggling. Plants do sneeze in a sense. When two water drops unite, surface tension is released and converted into kinetic energy that can hurl the fluid away. This effect happens only on extremely water repellent or superhydrophobic plant leaves. One type of plant is Wheat. The drop can jump only a few millimeters, enough so the drop escapes the area, and the wind carries the drop and possibly a fungal spore to the next plant. Essentially sneezing on the neighboring adjacent plants.  Does leaf rust on Wheat possibly spread this way?

Should we invent something to make the Wheat plant less superhydrophobic or just give him a tissue?
