Although this is not really a weed science issue, I thought the symptoms might be confused with other biotic and abiotic problems (such as herbicides). So, I thought I'd share the news brochure (attached below) that Drs. Sudarshana (USDA-ARS, Davis) and Wolpert (UC Davis) put together about the disease.
