I hear there was rain in some places yesterday! None in Lodi.

I hope everyone is doing well, despite pollen counts and less than desirable social conditions. Things are heating up across California, as evidenced by Mark Bell's attempt to move to a cooler work spot. I've had to turn on the window AC unit, making it a bit noisier during Zoom meetings.

I couldn't wait until next week to share some more of the great stories we are hearing. Overall, our day of meetings with our state elected representatives went very well yesterday. Most of our visits included key volunteers, coordinators, or program participants.

What a week and it is only Tuesday! I didn't make it to the beach this past weekend and I have no immediate plans to dine in downtown Atlanta anytime soon, but I have remained busy nonetheless. Today is my light' day yet it has gone by quite quickly.

Happy Monday! It doesn't feel like Monday. Saturday felt' like Sunday and I woke up early this morning thinking how slow the weekend was going by. I don't recall having that concern before. Then I realized it was over problem solved. Yardwork was front and center over the weekend.
